Hi, there is no permanent solution to at fibrillation. You have to take medicine. Taking cordrone for long time is also not safe although you r taking less dose. There are so many other safe medicines than cordrone. But for taking those you have to consult urs cardiologist.

Hi, you can stop olmesar and monitor bp for 6 weeks. If does not rise then continue without bp medicines. I think you donot need bp medicines if doing regular walking. But please monitor your bp for at least 6 weeks after stopping medicines.

Stress test and echo normal means unrelated to heart. May be vit b12 or vit d deficiency. Get both these tested. Something will come out, get those rectified. Thanks.

Probably you got urinary tract infection. Take lot of water and get urine routine test. This test will tell what happened.
