Alprazolam is a sleep inducing medicine and Aceclofenac is an analgesic. You should take these medicines according to your requirement. Anti-TB medication has no special relationship/ interaction with these.

it is safe to use Accelofenac but for prolong time its not good, you can take it thrice a week if its needed.

Dicyclomine is different from aceclofenac. Dicyclomine is antispasmodic whereas the diclofenac is an antiinflammtory pain killer

No, its not safe to take aceclofenac in kidney patients. Avoid these pain killers and for mild pain take paracetamol on sos basis.

Cervical spodylosys usually affects a person after the age of 35yrs. You are too young to suffer from it. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.
Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it.
Use no pillow under the head.
Any way take caldikind plus (mankind)1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do back(spine) exercises

apply tiger pain balm. take tab. sinarest twice a day. tab. pan 40 mg once a day. for 3 days. take protein powder 1 tsf with milk once a day. avoid stress.try to take good sleep, if not ok then checkup cbc, lipid profile, blood sugar,eye sight testing, and consult again.
