Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. There are many causes of multiple joint pains in the body. It can be inflammatory in nature, due to an underlying systemmic cause or a generalized deficiency. My advice is to get some blood tests done and send reports across to me: cbc, esr, crp, serum vitamin d, serum electrolytes etc.

no there are not side effect of these medicines causes of your night fall/discharge. how many times it occurs ? pl. tell us..if it is not more than 15 times it is not for thinkable.

Think of this... What is osteoporosis...
It is increased loss of calcium from the bones... So just taking calcium is not enough... You have to correct the cause of calcium loss... Which just taking calcium will not do...
