Hi, my wife had undergone a day 5 frozen embryo transfer on 27th september, and took hucog 5000 injections on 28th & 30th september. Her beta hcg levels have been as follows: 2nd oct: 8 miu/ml 4th oct: 35 miu/ml 5th oct: 54 miu/ml 6th oct: 94 miu/ml can we safely conclude that the beta hcg levels indicate a clinical pregnancy, and are not due to the hucog injections?

Since the bhcg levels are persistently rising, the chances of pregnancy are high. However a bhcg done around 2 weeks after the transfer would help.

Please note there will be either ruptured follicle or no rupture. Since free fluid is seen it signifies the ovulation. Hope for the best! Best of Luck!

yes you need to take folic acid in pregnancy. rest medicines are for pregnancy support and vomiting in pregnancy

I have ovarian cyst - 3728 and 1follicle - 1110 on 27th sep showed in follicle study. My lmp is 11th sep 2021. Can I take hucog injection today. And can I conceive?

The follicular size is too low for hucog injection. You can try intercourse now and go for ovulation induction next cycle.

Have pcos, had hucog 5000 shot on day 16 and on susten 200 mg twice a day from day 19. From day 27 having itching sensation around breasts and urticaria/hives around waist, back, thighs. Is it due to the side effects of medication? What should I be doing?

Yes. Prolonged use of such hormones can give a negative feedback. Avoid injections. There are good quality tablets that you ask your doctor.

Yes. Take 10,000 IU hcg injection. If still not rupturing then it's a cyst. If cyst, you need different type of ovulation induction protocol.

Hi my first beta hcg on 26 august is 7.9 after ivf, hucog 5000 injection trigger shot on 22 August doctors advice to continue medicine including hucog 5000 injection on 27 august repeat test after 72 hours second beta hcg 14.2 iu, after 72 hours third beta hcg test shows 2.36 is earlier increase in beta hcg due to hucog 5000 ip injection?

In IVF, 12-14 days after embryo transfer of Day 5 - day 3 embryos respectively beta hcg value of healthy pregnancy should be more than 100 in absence of hcg injection.
These values are far too loo and likely because of hcg injections.
Sorry its a failed attempt with IVF.

I have very irregular periods diagn9 with pcod 2 years b4 married life is 2 years my age 25 height 5'3' weight 63 Amh 12.97 Fsh 5.5 Lh 14.7 Tsh 1.1 Prolactin 10.9 I took treatment in Aditya hospital where she prescribed yamini for 3 months and after a month gap she gave progynova which didn't worked next month she gave letroz even that didn't worked for me. She said laparoscopy we changed the doctor. Other doctor prescribed krimson 35 m2tone hyponidd ereva ebixed folic acid for the first 3 months. This is my 4th month period came at 5th June. This month she gave clomiphene from day 3to 7 fertisure ovigyn d3 ereva folic acid on 9th June she gave hucog injection 10000 hp and 10th June foliculin 75ui. And asked for follicular study to be done on 15 June. What are my chances of getting pregnant since I'm waiting very long for my baby. Pls do reply.

You have a good chance of conceiving if ovulation occurs with a combination of tablets and injections. The chance of conceiving if you try naturally are around 6 percent in one cycle. The chances would increase if you try other modalities of treatment like iui.
