You should see whether you have any medical issues or muscles weakness. Sometimes it happens that one specific organ looses its muscles and due to that it leads to specific organ weakness. Better to consult to a physician.

Hello, I am 27 years old software Engineer and suffering from very bad under eye dark circles and pigmentation and it's since childhood. I used to wear glasses earlier because of which my dark circles weren't that visible to people but after the eye surgery I am not wearing glasses anymore and it's become a huge problem since dark circles are clearly visible. Also, every time I meet people the first thing they notice me and ask me about is my dark circles. And I should also mention I have consulted so many doctors and tried so many different ointments and creams over the years but nothing worked. Currently I am on ReVibra C10 capsules for a month now and also have had one session of arginine peeling but result seem to be the same, no changes. It's really affecting my professional and personal life. And also so much of my money is getting wasted on this without no guaranteed results. Can anyone suggest me what treatment or which dermatologist/cosmetologist I should consult?

Hello, I understand that dark circles can be really troublesome. As you say you have them since childhood, they may be genetic or due to nutritional and lifestyle factors. Eat lot of fruits, keep hydrated, sleep for 6-8 hours daily at schedule and exercise. Peels and electroporation, RF or ultrasound can help but you need to take 8-10 sessions weekly or fortnightly.

It seems due to travelling you might not be taking enough fibres, and consuming oily food. My suggestion is to drink at least 2 to 3 litres of water everyday and eat a lot of fibrous food. Try isapgol husk at night with a glass of warm water.

In fruits - take apple, watermelon, mango, papaya and anything that is in this seasons. You should have 5 different types of fruits everyday. In vegetables - green leafy vegetables like spinach and vegetables like ghiya, tyori, ladyfinger, mushrooms, capsicum etc. You should again have 5 diff types of vegetables throughout the day.
