No you cannot use ciplox daily as it is an antibiotic for conjunctivitis and for eye strain you can use drop like" Just Tears" or LACRINA gel.

this could be due to external hordeolum
treatment:
a. Warm compresses
b. Apply antibiotic ointment locally over lid margins
c. Take systemic antibiotic
but to prevent recurrence, keep your lids clean.
