Hello.
Antibiotics and local hygiene will give you temporary benefit if you have a fistula, as it's a chronic relapsing condition. Get yourself examined by a proctologist or a surgeon.
He may advise an mri fistulogram. And if you have a diagnosed anal fistula, then surgery is the best treatment option available.

Best way to avoid stye is to maintain good eye and hand hygiene.
Ensure you use good cosmetic makeup brands. Replace the eye make up at regular intervals. Recommends every 3-6 months. As germs grow in these over a period of time.

Please clarify what is this Tablet CIPLOX 30. Because Ciplox I as I know contains Ciprofloxacin an antibacterial drug. It is given to treat various infections for about 5 to 10 days or so. It has nothing to do with diabetes. Thanks.
