Recent stressor may precipitate anxiety symptoms even if you have been treated for it in past. Anxiety medicines like vilazodone can help and yes, propranolol will help in reducing palpitation. But it need to started after evaluation. Thanks.

Praxotine is a ssri, it will not make sense to add another ssri. Have you tried snri such as venlafaxine. Switching to snri is potential option. Depending on other symptoms such as level of anxiety, adding bupropion is a good option (unless you have anxiety). Trial of small dose of tricyclic or mood stabilizer are also options.

Sir I was having lithosun 300, vilano 20 and lonazep 0.25 from past 14 months, my doctor said me to stop taking vilano at 12 months and last month (November) I stopped taking lonazep 0.25 on my doctor advice. I was taking one tab morning and one tab night, doctor said me to taking one med only at night for ten days and then stop taking cold turkey. I am going to tell me this lonazep withdrawal experience. First four days I was unable to sleep properly, then I was having stiff neck and muscles, I was also having extreme anxiety, now everything faded, its been 34 days I did not taken lonazep but sir from past 7-8 days I am having obsessive thoughts of suicide, not any intentions, just thoughts, each moment while sleeping while getting up while driving and I am having extreme depersonalization and sometimes I find it very difficult to drive car, otherwise I am normal I laugh I eat normal I do gym, just concerned with obsessive thoughts, is it due to withdrawal? These thoughts emerged on the 25 day of withdrawal. I was tensed because I had hiv obsessive thoughts for about 4 years in the past, I am having the doubt that what if I have to suffer again for 4 years? Any help will be greatly appreciated and please kindly help me in detail as I am moving to canada next week just tensed about my life.
