Mere 5 saal se kidney me stone ki problem h. medicine khata hu nikal jati h phir kuch time bad ho jati h. 3 se 5 mm tak ki stone banti hai. Kya mai KCit tablet le sakta hu, isme pottasium citrate 1100 mg aur citric acid 334 mg hai. Iske alawa aur koi tablet ho to wo bi bataye.

It is best. Continue this. It is difficult to stop stone formation with any medicine. Drink plenty of fluid daily around 4-5litres.

You can. The point is why would you want to give medicine for cold. Cold is a viral infection which will go away on it’s own. Allow your child’s immunity to fight it. It will improve her resistance to such common infections. Use medication only if she is in genuine discomfort or developed a fever.

I feel urge to vomit after eating meals. My diet is half now than what it used to be. I can not eat full meal coz I vomit so I eat small meals. I also have mild pain in upper abdomen. Iv consulted many local doctors. They told me its hyper acidity and maybe gastritis. I took medicines to reduce stomach acid and tons of antibiotics for months but noting worked well enough. Im avoiding spicy and citric stuff. Still suffering. Im Also done with ultrasound test which showed everything normal. Im now only taking pantocid dsr in morning empty stomach which I think is improving my condition. Im regular at gym but I can not workout enough coz of my low diet. Im suffering from 1 year now. What to do to get rid of this?

diet regulation is needed strictly.
continue that medicine.
if still not satisfied go for gastroscopy.
if having some mental stress it will worsen your condition so don't take tension

I was diagnosed with gastritis. I was on esomeprazole and some food restrictions as part of my treatment. But now my treatment is over and I feel fine. No symptoms of gastritis. My question is if is it compulsory to continue with the food restrictions (no citric juice, no spicy food etc) or can I eat normally? And if I do drink citric juices, is there any risk of getting gastritis again?

Don't worry, if you take the above mentioned medications for short term (3 to 4) days, it won't have any effect on the baby.

dextromethorphan is not recommended for children, rather use Benadryl
avoid all cold and sour foods, if the child is breast fed, the mother as well is supposed to avoid all cold and sour foods
