I am 29 years old female, now I have low hemoglobin and heavy pain in my head. Today I just lost my sense and fall on the floor in the morning. Now I am taking vitamin c, folic acid ,rabeprazole and prednisolone. Please help me sir.

Hello,
I am a little puzzled , if you have low hemoglobin the commonest cause is iron defeciency, but you are taking everything other than iron. I dont know the reason why prednisolone has been prescribed there is a certain lack of details and therefore i cannot comment.

Hi, i'm suffering from gerd from last 12 months, i'm taking rabium-dsr capsules which is combination of rabeprazole 20 mg & domperidone 30 mg from last 12 months twice a day. Which is 20+20 rabeprazole & 30+30 domperidone daily. I want stop domperidone now an wish to continue with rabeprazole as I have heard domperidone for people who consume for long time develop major withdrawal symptoms for long time. To make it simple (are there any withdrawal symptoms of domperidone over long term use)? Plzz. Plzz.plz help.

Doc. Prescribed 2 medicines as RABESEC 20 mg (before meal - one time) and UGESIC 20 mg (after meal-one time) for one week. Doc. Pls suggest healthy DIET for better recovery. TIA.

I am 32 years I have diabetes taking glycomet 500 sr fasting is 95 and ppbs 161 and olmy 20 mg I have stomach problems like after taking glycomet my stomach is bloating and low energy levels I have taken pan d, pantosec dsr 40 mg and rabesec dsr no relief same problem before that I was using janumet 50/500 and vobit 0.3 I have taken vobit little bite of medicine I felt relaxed and good why this is happening my height is 5'6 and weight is 54 an.

Try changing the brand of metformin. Sometimes some formulation can lead to stomach upset. You donât seem metformin intolerant, as you were tolerating janumet. You may get relief after changing the brand. Also I will suggest taking a deworming tablet.

I am 27 years old male. I have mild stomach ache (discomfort. uneasiness that comes and goes) for 15 days. On 12th May morning, I observed my stool was completely black with intense smell. After that day, stomach ache starts. After that day no more black stool observed. When first time stomach ache observed (13th may early morning), I wake up with mild discomfort and fainted. That time I took Rabium dsr once. For the next 7 day mild discomfort (cramping) comes and goes. On 19 th may the cramping pain become intense at night for 6 hours. Again I took Rabium dsr once and become stable. Next day, I went to general physician. He prescribe Rabicip once daily and Ivoral forte once weak. Also told for stool test. Now. It feels like stomach ache and emptiness after long fasting feelings. Now what to do now? Please guide me.

You probably have a GI bleed. Go to an gastroenterologist and get a upper GI endoscopy to rule out bleeding ulcer or gastric erosion.
