I understand you want to get better without medicines, are you open to taking cognitive behaviour therapy, I don't think your situation is too bad to be on medication. You should be able to respond to psychotherapy without medicines. I am willing to help and walk with you in this process. Regards.

It seems to be Pink Stretch Marks:
You can massage gently any good brand oil containing more percentage of vitamin E like olive oil, coconut oil, egg oil, bio-oil twice and aloe vera daily, but after completion of 1&1/2 months of giving birth (if the delivery was normal) or after 4 months (in case of caesarean section that too depends upon the condition of the stitches and the area).

Tachycardia is a sign of hyperthyroidism. Possibly you had hyperthyroidism from begining. Conti your medicine.

CONTINUE APRAZOLAM after food before bed time for sleep.dont forget it is habit forming,generally not prescribed by psychiatrists.avoid.go for safer drugs like zolpidem FOR SLEEP.
REPLACE TAB CLONAZEPAM OR ETIZOLAM, BUSPIRINE FOR DAY TIME ANXIETTY.GRADUALLY DECREASE DOSAGES OF OTHER DRUGS AND START MORE RELING UPON INNOCENT ACTIVITY LIKE ASANS MEDITATION PRANAYAM AND 30MINUTWES EXCERSICE.

Mirtazapine is fine, you need to taper and stop zolpidem which is addictive and carries long term risks. Discuss with your psychiatrist. All the best.

Once bp diagnosed difficult to cure but after many precautions you can control bp. Bp moves up and down with daily activities so do not worry about that if goes or up beyond limit inspite if drug taking need to check. However low salt sugar fat and light excercise will slowly decrease bp. Gradually we can reduce medicine over the period. So once started keep on monitoring if with in limits as suggested by doctor and have symptoms need to do something keep in touch to know more.

- Fix your time to go to sleep. - Avoid alcohol, tea, coffee in evening
- Light exercise will also help in getting good sleep
- Use your bed for sleeping only and don't watch TV, read books on bed
- Avoid day time naps
- If you fail to sleep within 10 minutes of going to bed, get up and start to distract yourself.
- Bath with warm water in evening will help.
