Great to listen that your ocd is under control, these dosage are very less and side effects at these dosage are least likely. You can continue it for long. Yes, routine blood investigation including liver function test should be assessed periodically.

I would STRONGLY advise gradual reduction of Zolpidem. You have enough problems. Other problems will have to be handled face to face.

What are the exact bodily symptoms you suffer during panic attack? Apart from series of sleeping and anxiety medication you should undergo a good clinical examination by a physician. Supporting mind relaxing techniques, yoga, meditation, regular exercise, healthy life style are important. Sleeping pills every night may not be safe and correct remedy.

Medications for depression do take time start working and depression usually gets better in 2-3 weeks from having started the medication. We recommend that you also consult a counselor or a psychotherapist who can help with social issues that have led to depression and treat you according to the symptoms with therapies like cbt i.e. Cognitive behavioral therapy.
