Hi, Itching in vagina can be due to fungal infection. Clotrimazole is commonly used but if not relieved you should get yourself checked by gynaecologist for any other problem associated terbinafine ointment can be applied locally nadoxin plus) also some anti allergic medicine will help.

Now, considering your clinical complaints, there are two most likely conditions, namely vaginal candidiasis and trichomoniasis. Clotrimazole gel is useful for external vulval application only and does not solve the purpose of vaginal candidiasis. You need oral tablets and vaginal inserts.
