Sir I have a little pain at left side of my abdomen. And doctor recommended kft. And the report of the said test was urea 26 and creatinine 1.08 and after about two months today the report of the said test is urea 41.5 and creatinine 1.21.meanwhile I am suffering from fever and could for which I am taking tab. cefpodoxime and potassium clavulanate, paracetamol and montelukast .my question is y is the leave of both urea and creatinine raised. Does the medicines that I am taking (mentioned above) have raised it or it is some other problem. Still the lateral reading is normal for both urea and creatinine but y is it raised .i m very depressed. please help.

The medicines given to you do not cause rise in blood urea and creatinine levels. The reason for the same seem to be different. Please get yourself examined and investigated by a nephrologist or physician.

I was riding a bicycle on 8th may 2019 between 10.00 am to 12.00 p.m. After riding for seven km approximately I felt nausea and committed on the road. On vomiting when trying to get up I understood that I was about to faint but could not control it and fainted. After sometime I regained conscious, however I noticed that I had a deep cut on my forehead which was bleeding. I also felt pain in my neck and upper back. I went to a local doctor who prescribed the following medicine 1.diclofenac 2. Chymoral forte 3.cefpodoxime proxetil tablets. Initially and opav cv 200 tablets later. 1.is the course of treatment in line since I am suffering from hyperacidity and sweating and uneasiness. 2.also i find that I am suddenly awakened from middle if sleep and feel a lot of uneasiness and turmoil. 3.reason for fainting.

My male kid who is 4 and 1/2 yrs suffering from cold cough for a period of year. Cold caugh is having in summer season also while he sleeping along with. We conulted many paediatrician used amxoiling clavanet potacium, cefpodoxime clavanet potacium, amrox hydrocloride with cotrozin, betanoole, binocide, dextamacine very thing but there is not result and every month he is suffering from widal reaction with dialution of: 320. After uing widal treatment like cefexime, cepfodoxime with a period of 6 days there no result and agan we test for widal there is as it is 1: 320 dailution and every 10 days once attacking. What should you suggest for my kid.

I was cycling last week on the 8th of May. I cycled approximately 7.0 mms. Suddenly. I felt nausea and committed on the road. After that, I felt that I was fainting but could not control myself and fainted. Ultimately after some time, I came to senses. However, I had a large deep cut on my forehead which was bleeding and pain in the neck and shoulder region. I went to a local doctor who initially prescribed diclofenac/chymoral forte and cefpodoxime prox still tablet and later opax 200. Please confirm if the course of treatment is in line. Secondly the reason for fainting. The time of cycling was between 10.00 to 12.00 a.m.

With such a big cut on fore head, one should rule out head injury & get treated accordingly.
For cause of fainting kindly consult a neurologist as well.

Cladoxim 200 mg/125 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Cefpodoxime and Clavulanic Acid. Cefpodoxime is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria. Clavulanic Acid is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Cefpodoxime against bacteria.
The substitute need to have the same contents and cough syrup cannot replace it

I have been suffering from coughing for 1 month. For first week I have taken moxikind 650 mg twice daily. Then, I have taken azithromycin 500 mg once daily with cough syrup codistar dx and cetrizine for 5 days. It made my cough more worsen. Then, I took medisedyl dx cough syrup. It made my cough more worsen and also I started vomit. Then, the sound of my cough changed with a high pitch sound. I always coughed mostly at night. Then, after 3 day I continued with moxikind twice daily for 3 days. Then, I took jufex forte syrup and fifatrol tablet and cetrizine for 3 days. Day by day, my cough was getting worse. Then, I took dextromethorphan hydrobromide syrup thrice a day for 2 days and cetrizine at night. Then my cough get worse and worse. And currently I was taking levolin plus syrup and cetrizine and cefpodoxime proxetil tablet. It did not provide me any relaxation. Whenever I cough, firstly I inhale deep breath with a very annoying and weird sound and then I start coughing with very dense saliva. I am 14 years old boy. I have no relief.

Today morning I saw some light bleeding in my panty. According to a period tracker app, my predicted ovulation day was 17th. I also felt fatigued today evening. Please note that I am on certain prescribed medications (alembic wikoryl, spheropan dsr, cefpodoxime proxetil ip and one more medicine I don't know the name of) because I had fever. I had cold on 15th morning which became a fever by 15th afternoon-evening. The fever displayed the characteristic of a viral fever. It was disappearing and then coming back. Also, my bf and I made out on 15th and 16th. There was no penetrative sex. Just cunnilingus, fellatio, fingering & hand job. I am 20 and my bf is 19. We were careful enough to not let cum come near my vagina. But there was some dry humping. Can sperm get through clothes &enter my vagina? Could sperm stain the sheets & then later enter my vagina? Your child has infection and antibiotic need to be given to cure the cough. If the first antibiotic is not useful you may need to change it as it is not so easy to a sputum culture in a child.
