Hello lybrate-user. Posterior placenta suggest the position of placenta which is not common. But if you take good care there should not be a complication.
Also the cleft lip issue. Is not a major problem. But it will be surgically corrected after the delivery.
The baby will have a scar mark through out his life.
But if the surgeon is good then it can be reduced to minimum.
Also you can take homoeopathic treatment for otherwise healthy delivery and then life.

Please contact a psychiatrist to rule out depression, and follow the advised drugs if suggested. This would surely help you concentrate on your studies. It's vital to follow good sleep hygiene, enough sleep, lifestyle and preparation tactics to boost your self-esteem and enthusiasm. Good luck!

Dear Abhrajit,
Stalopam plus contains escitalopram and clonazepam. Stop stalopam plus and take stalopam 10 mg for 2-3 weeks. If okay, take stalopam 5 mg for another 2-3 weeks and stop. Remember stopping clonazepam will be more difficult than stopping escitalopram. All the best in your PG

Hello, greetings from your wellness coach, yes, there are deficiencies and I strongly recommend to consult your doctor if you have any complaints as such otherwise there are otc products available as supplements. Naturally if you expose to the sunlight daily and get your balanced diet, I think this problem can easily be resolved.
