Swelling can be an abscess which is likely due to bacterial cause. You need to use antibiotic if so in proper course. If it is recurring can be a lymph node enlargement due to other cause. Better you go for ultrasound soft tissue examination and rule out the cause. Please don't neglect.

Dear , you are on right track but stop uriliser as it should not be given with ofloxacin. If your symptoms have gone then stop urispas after 5 days but continue taxim-of for at least 15 days and check urine. You have to give time for the medicines to work it takes time to get better.

You have to take full course of antibiotics for 10 days. Take some multivitamin tabs for 15 days. Weakness will go slowly in 3 to 4 days.

This is due to viral infection ,Mesenteric lymphadenitis only lasts for a few days or weeks before it clears on its own. So you need to take Adequate rest,  Liquids help prevent dehydration from fever, vomiting and diarrhea. A warm moist washcloth applied to the abdomen can help ease discomfort.
Haldi is good antiviral and pain reliever so take haldi added milk also.

It depends if you are experiencing any undesirable effects or not. You may experience nausea, vomiting,loose motions, palpitations (ghabrahat). If you experience any of these consult a doctor. Ofloxacin should not be taken with azithro.
