Hello sir, thanks for the query. Your medication needs to be changed. Start zoryl mv1 one tablet before lunch and 1 before dinner. Also start tab ziten m 20/500 one tablet in morning before breakfast. Keep your routine regular.
Eat food at regular intervals (every 4 hourly. Eat a balanced diet.
Exercise for atleast 1 hr daily.
Check your sugars after 1 month fbs, pmbs, hba1c.

May be due to anemia .are you alcoholic .mostly its due to anemia mean there is deficiency of blood.
So do a cbc .for some time you can take syrup iron and folic acid and tab mv od.

Mr. Lybrate-user, if one has well controlled diabetes then fasting sugar should be closer to 100mg and pp should be 150 to 160 mg/100 ml and hba1c% <7. If you have maintained these readings consistently then diabetes is in control. With that one is able to prevent or postpone the long term complications of diabetes, which are very serious. Dear dortoc im simon and my age is 31, I has been admitted under medical ward before on 2019 pass two years, it was 1) diagnosed with cold aiha disease with megaloblastic anaemia tro pernicious anaemia and was transfused 3 pint pack cells and 2diagnosed with thyroid storm to hyperthyroidism during admission was given radioactive iodine therapy ,propranolol 40 mg and carbimazole 20 mg and cardio echo enlarged large ventricle, lvef 55%, enlarged left atrium, mild Mr. ,trivial tr with minimal pericardial effusion recently 11/2020 was repeated echo lv enlarged, thickened ivs, lvef 30% grade i, diaslic dysfunction tapse 13 mm rv normal size and function mv, tv,av pv normal no pericardial, pleural effusion seen and hyperthyroidism admission was given bisoprolol 2.5 mg and carbimazole 5 mg daily admission was plan to given 2nd time radioactive iodine therapy ,to control echo not getting worse during covid issue treatment has postpone to april 2021 currently stressful have started back symptom of thyroid storm trouble breathing, chest pain ,and leg swelling, what should I do please advise, is that possible my heart can recover? If no getting worse how long more I can lives?
