Hi,

No. First of all u should change your eating habits like
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do.

3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is ur traditional food. If punjab...more

Usually the loss initially is mostly due to a lot of muscle loss, when you try to lose weight with medicines. As such age is a mild factor but with the medicines and the loss of weight coupled with muscle loss, the body drops the metabolism. Also muscle loss causes reduced fat burn. Hi lybrate-user orlistat inhibits fat absorption n thus helps in losing weight by reducing calories from fat but it can't work alone, you need to exercise and eat healthy along with it to see better effects. It also has side effects like malabsorbtion of fat soluble of vitamins. Please weigh the consequences over benefits before going for medication instead lose weight in healthy way by diet n exercise.
