You will have to consult a doctor for proper examination.. as there are details required before I can diagnose..like where is the pain exactly... how does it starts, what is the things that aggravates it... etc..

if you are taking dolo 650 and still fever is not going down than I am suspecting for the some other illnesses and please do following lab result cbc
and please consult and after that and from only fever I can not say anything from it you
