Dear lybrate-user,
a combination of three drugs is not a very good idea and is rarely required. You have not mentioned the kind of epilepsy you are having, no of seizures in last 6 months if any, your weight. You must also ask for help for suicidal tendency and discuss it with your family and psychiatrist if required. But surely your medication needs to be reviewed and streamlined as it seems to be totally haphazard.

Hi Mr. lybrate-user. I hope you want to say Mirgi ki bimaari matlab Convulsions.
Your baby has small head size and convulsions. Also baby is recieving Epival which is a good anti epileptic drug. Your baby also underwent MRI brain twice. This all suggests that she has some organic and functional problems which is not good for me to guess without examining your child and going through all the investigation reports. So it is not possible to comment on prognosis of the disease.

You have to be under neurologist /cardiologist care. Kindly have regular check=ups with them--tell the above problems to them--have investigations and treatment as they prescribe. Don't go for over the counter drugs for these problems. You can have a good normal life with regular prompt supervised treatment. Be happy and confident.

Getting in sync with your body’s natural sleep-wake cycle—your circadian rhythm—is one of the most important strategies for achieving good sleep. If you keep a regular sleep schedule, going to bed and getting up at the same time each day, you will feel much more refreshed and energized than if you sleep the same number of hours at different times. This holds true even if you alter your sleep schedule by only an hour or two. Consistency is vitally important.

You have taken an incomplete course for the problem. The medicine is right but the course to be taken is for 5 to 7 days. Take the medicine for 7 days to get rid of the problem. Avoid outside food and water. Avoid spicy and oily food.
