Dear Amit,
Clonazepam is prescribed only if necessary. Try to avoid the combination. But if the anxiety is affecting the quality of life, please take both. There is no interaction between the two.

On the other hand Zapiz is Clonazepam which is a benzodiazepine which should be used on a short term basis. They should not be taken for more than 4 weeks as they may cause dependence. In my opinion, if you responding well to Paroxetine kindly continue it. In case of Zapiz, try to stop taking it after 3-4 weeks ...more

Take this medicine Zapiz in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Zapiz 0.5 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

It seems the antidepressant dose is not adequate since all the symptoms have not remitted. You need to review with your psychiatrist explaining the same, he/ she will do the rest. Be patient the dose needs to be achieved and few weeks to pass before full recovery, if not get a 2nd opinion. All the best.
