Once you stop monthly oc pills periods are expected to come in 7 days. You have to wait till friday to seek any medical help. Also if you did not forget any pill during these 21 days then there is no reason to worry as you can start next packet of pills after 7 days of stopping the previous even if the menses have not started by that time.
