Yamini is a low dose contraceptive pill, given to patients of pcod to regularise menstrual cycle and to correct hormonal imbalance. As it's a contraceptive pill while taking it you cannot get pregnant.
Productive pcos tab is a multinutrient tablet ,given to improve the quality of egg. It does not have any contraceptive effect.
If you have pcos and want contraception also take yamini ,alongwith yami I you can take productive pcos.

Take the forgotten tablet right away, and take the usual tablet as per schedule. Missing 1 combined pill does not cause pregnancy. Missing more than one, especially in the middle of the cycle, or early in the cycle, can affect you pregnancy chances.

if your wife started taking tab Yamini from first day of cycle then you don't need any extra contraceptive method ,the pills will be fully effective .
if she started taking on 5 th day of cycle then in this cycle you will need an extra contraceptive method like condoms .
from subsequent cycles will be fully effective ,will not need any extra precautions

Generally withdrawal bleeding starts after taking progesterone also in the latter half of the cycle and then stopping both together. However some people can get bleeding on estrogen also called break through bleeding
