Hello, Thanks for the query.
Levocetirazine is fairly safe, however with a GFR of 45 ml/min, 10 mg dose is not recommended. Dose recommended for 30 to 50 ml GFR is 2.5 mg every alternated day. Thanks.

Fungal infection has the tendency to recur, if a complete course of medicine is not taken. Whether you need to continue the use of oral medicines, can be decided after clinical assessment. Both of your conditions are not something which can be cured completely over night (eg like food poisoning). These diseases are primarily control (like diabetes and Hypertension). So look for treatment options which can control them better.... Having said that there are patients where with time urticaria go permanently by itself (but there is no medicine to do that).
