Yes remedy is there. Avoid over-excitement during sex. Make sure that you don't have erection problems (a common cause of premature ejaculation). I personally feel it's important to follow some basic tips and sex exercises. And there are oral drugs available. But take it under prescription of a sexologist.

There is no ill effect for you, while using lidocaine gel. If it is severe pain, it is better to go for vaginal dilatation under short anesthesia by a Gynecologist. Otherwise conjugal bliss will be tarnished by the pain with psychological trauma.

Hi, eukroma and revise cream have hydroquinone and tretinoin respectively both of which are to be used for a short duration of time for specific indications. The combination of eukroma and revise will be too harsh on facial skin so is not advisable. Reverse pigmentation and skin sensitivity can be the potential side effects if not properly used.
