You should take Sitz bath (Hot water tub bath) followed by application of Sushruta ointment and Lekhan Powder in anal passage 2-4 times daily. Put 5 ml of Sushruta oil in anal passage in night. For easy evacuation of bowel movement; you should take one tea spoon of Sushruta Churna with warm water in night. Query received after 3 months. No details about duration of complaint. List of medication. Investigation reports as age is only 14 years. All necessary precaustions for acidity and long term pan 40 daily is necessary. If no relief a physician who is treating all these issues will be able to guide.

You can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm.
