Otherwise it may cause pigmentation k/a exogenous oochronosis by hydroquinone and dryness (tretinoin). For radiance and shine, you can start with facewash based on your skin type, moisturiser, sunscreens and serums. Please consult a dermatologist so that you get a customised regime according to your skin type.

After stopping the hydroquinone you may experience some side effects like skin redness, spots, darkness etc.

Hydroquinone and arbutin is almost same.. and both are harmful..

Telmisartan plus Amlodepine (TELMA AM) is a good and safe combination. The other tablet mentioned is Losartan + Hydrochlothiazide. That too is good. Doctor must have changed to newer drug for getting better control. But if she is not comfortable with that, she can take the earlier combination. Thanks.
