Check blood sugars BB/ab, bl /al, bd /ad and at midnight 1 am, accordingly increase or decrease the dose of insulin both in the morning and evening along with proper diet and exercise. All the best.

I have seen the details mentioned. Your fasting glucose is fairly high, but pp is better. Ideally fasting glucose should be < 100 mg & pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 6.5% at your age. You can use 1)inj. Human mixtard (30/70) 2)inj. Human insugen (30/70) 3)inj. Huminsulin (30/70) all of the above are almost similar to humalog mix 25. It has to be taken 30 minutes before food

I have seen the details mentioned. You have given the glucose level as 170 /250 mg, do you mean to say fasting is 170 mg & pp is 250 mg? Is that so? What is the hba1c%? It is important to know that, because it gives a long term view of glucose control. To give any advise I need to know hba1c%, exact fbg & pp levels, serum creatinine, urea, dietary pattern & extent of daily exercise.
