You can take the help of a dietician who can also help with a variety of diet chart (while taking care of calorie count also ). Please go for regular health check up and repeat the tests as advised. Mr. Lybrate-user, when on insulin some times hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) develops. That may cause some of the symptoms mentioned. If you are doing self monitoring of blood glucose (smbg), at home then you should check the glucose level when you feel such symptoms and see if there really a low level (<70 mg or lower).
