I have taken medicine for schizophrenia for 6 months. Now I am alight no relapse during this time and my doctor also confirmed. He change my medicine to amisulpride 400 to arpizol 15 mg. I don't know why. But I feel very tired now. How can I get ride of my tiredness because I couldn't do any work. Please help me.

schizophrenia has both positive symptoms (hallucinations, delusions, disorganised thoughts) and negative symptoms (tiredness, lack of interest in any goal directed activity, lack of pleasure, restricted vocabulary, apathy, etc.) probably you would have become alright because of relief from positive symptoms. Ziprasidone, as well as amisulpride, are an atypical antipsychotic used to treat schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. You have a serious psychosis and hence you need drugs until your psychiatrist says to stop.

Dear sir, I have been suffering from bipolar mood disorder from 2011 and since 2014, I am taking divalproex ,quetiapine, amisulpride and neuro vitamins. But now, I am facing serious sleep disorder or say insomnia as I could not sleep properly and totally dependent on medicines. If I don't take medicines at night ,I can't sleep at all and in day also, after lunch sometimes ,I cannot sleep if I don't take medicine. 1) Kindly suggest me are these divalproex 250 mg, quetiapine 50 mg, amisulpride 50 mg which I am taking are as pain killers or medicines which can cure the disease from its root? 2) I want to know the duration of period for which I have to take medicines in order to cure my bipolar mood disorder 1 from its root. 3) my third concern is that please let me know how to improve my sleep and get it normal so that I can sleep without medicines too.

My psychiatrist has put me on nexito 20 mg 1-0-0 for depression/anxiety. There is relief, but there will be dullness in the evenings and it gets carried over to the next morning. I was put on trazolon 50 mg 0-0-1 before, when I was taking venlafaxine. I have a clarification here, let us say, a second opinion and just as for information sake. Ie are nexito and trazolon compatible with each other or are they contraindicated? Also, I am taking amisulpride 200 mg 1-0-1 and sizopin 50 mg 0-0-1 for schizophrenia. Are these drugs viz amisulpride, sizopin and nexito compatible to trazolon 50 mg or are they contraindicated? Please confirm.

If you feel more sleepy then you can omit tab. Trazodone and continue rest drugs.

Can alcohol induce psychosis sir so recently I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder so my doctor prescribed me lithium 1200 mg sertraline 100 mg risperidone 2 mg and lorazepam 2 mg I never had psychotic symptoms before but in august 2019 I took alcohol from next day I had psychotic symptoms like hearing voices and and had thoughts like some one is spying on me and someone mixed poison in my tea after that my doctor prescribed me amisulpride currently if we are talking about anti psychotics i'm on risperidone and amisulpride im little bit ok now but is that drug induced psychosis or am I schizoaffective person.

I'm a student. I'm preparing for neet pg competitive exam. But i'm taking medications for my depression that I was suffering from. I'm taking medicines for more than a year. I'm taking amisulpride, escitalopram and clonazepam, nortriptyline, desvenlafaxine, lithium carbonate. But i'm sleeping too much due to these medicines. I sleep for more than 12 hours a day. Even after waking, I feel drowsy. I'm not able to get time for study. So i'm feeling so insecure about my exam. Pls help. Is there any solution of this problem? If I try to avoid amisulpride, then I get symptoms again. Pls help.

Dear Lybrate doctor, I need not have to tell you about my mental condition and the drugs taken to counter them, since I have elaborated them in my previous texts. You have been very patient in answering queries, not bothering about the times I ask them. I have a lot of trust in you and my queries are purely a second opinion detail, before being thrown into the fray right away. Depression and anxiety are taken care of by nexito forte & clonotril .25 mg and hence there are no issues here. The main problem is to find a suitable combination to counter my schizophrenia. As mentioned to you in my previous queries, I have tried so many combinations, some with relief and some found wanting. Due to financial constraints, I am unable to afford for costly drugs. The latest combination goes this way:- 1)trinicalm plus 1-0-1. 2)sizopin 75 mg 0-0-1. This combination is cheap and hence affordable. My query is:- can this combination be taken together or either they are contraindicated or there will be any drug interactions. Also, highlight me about trifluoperazine (trinicalm plus), it’s uses, side effects and drug interactions. At present, for depression/anxiety, I am on nexito forte along with clonotril 0.25 mg and sizopin and cizorest for schizophrenia. There is relief please answer my queries. Thanks.

It is not clear as to what medications you are currently taking. Is it cizorest or trinicalm? In both cases there are no drug interactions and if you have any it would be an isolated or rare event. Mein 15 year se amisulpride 200 le rha tha (10 year amisulpride 400 aur phir 5 year amisulpride 200) lekin ab ye 2022 mein phir muje ye bimari ho gyi hai. Kya ye dippression hai ya pshycological problam hai. Wese mera testosterone bhi kam aya hai.

amisulpiride safe dawai hai par ye testosteron ko kam kar sakta hai.

I am suffering from bipolar disorder for past 7 years. My doctor giving -divalproex Sodium 500 mg tablets (Divalgress ER 500), quetiapine sr 200 mg, Amisulpride 50 mg, paroxee CR 25 AND modalert 100. I have better than before. But the main burden is dizziness ,too much tiredness ,fatigue, high heart beating and sleepy. Please help me.
