Hi. May be the question is not very clear but what I understand is that you were prescribed clofranil and Fludac for treatmemt of ED and PME rather as a side effect of these medicines. Hence further clarity is required.
For both the problem better you meet either a urologist or psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and management.

You have to be under neurologist /cardiologist care. Kindly have regular check=ups with them--tell the above problems to them--have investigations and treatment as they prescribe. Don't go for over the counter drugs for these problems. You can have a good normal life with regular prompt supervised treatment. Be happy and confident.
