Some batches of Chinese origin were rejected in USA, this may not be relevant to your treatment. But the premium brand if you want to be very sure.

Cidmus is given for heart failure treatment. It is started at a low dose (50 to 100 mg) and slowly increased to a target dose of 200. If a person is doing fine, and NO ACTIVE issues are present, routine angiography after 1 years just to take a look at the stent is not recommended. While this is generally true, each individual case is unique in itself and deserves a dedicated assessment before a decision for angiography is made.
Take care.

You can use fish oil but it has not shown any proven mortality benefit, but you can use there is no harm.
Also I hope his angiography has been done to rule out blockages in his coronaries also I recommend the new drug tab vymada to increase his pumping! ofcourse cardace needs to be stopped first before starting this and discuss with your cardiologist regarding this drug as its an expensive one. Tc.

Azmarda is slightly better than Cardace. But overall both r gud. Slight benefit of Azmarda is off set by its high cost. please go to urs Cardiologist for any other cause of Dcmp. Azmarda reduces 21% hospitalisation and death over time.
