Thanks for enquiry. You might be suffering from fungal infection and applied steroids for past cure but don't repeat the same .apply anti fungal powder repeatedly, cream use anti fungal oral medication and follow certain precautions like avoid contact ,use separate towel, keep good hygiene, on sweating apply antifungal powder .review personally for further treatment.

It is earnest request not to take any medicine without consulting skin doctor because this can increase the resistance of fungus. All I can tell is follow your dermatologist instruction for atleast 3 months. Also, follow the instructions given in this video to stop the spread of fungal infection:
