Volini is not safe in preganancy as it contains diclofenac medicine. Please try to avoid it. But if you have pain use hot water fermentation and oral paracetamol after consulting your doctor. Using once would not have caused big problem so do not worry.

Dicyclomine is different from aceclofenac. Dicyclomine is antispasmodic whereas the diclofenac is an antiinflammtory pain killer

Dear lybrateuser,
- Open the cap of the spray can, spray from a distance of 4-5 inches from the affected site, spray in a circular manner if affected area is large
- does not make any difference if sprayed near or far, avoid spraying on open wound as it will produce a burning sensation.

I had been having heartburn continuously for the past ten-twelve days and nights. Upon eating or drinking, I would also have pain in my upper mid-back while swallowing. I would slowly sip small amounts but even then it would pain. I was taking a very bland food almost no spices, oil or anything hot, even then there was heartburn. Because of heartburn, I kept sipping cold milk, curd or water every half hour or so throughout the day. I took all precautions available on net on do’s and don’ts but nothing helped. Then suddenly I felt cramp-like pain in the centre of my left palm. I exercised my fingers thinking it will improve but within half an hour of exercising, I was unable to use my hand because of unbearable excruciating pain. Application of Volini spray, Moov, or diclofenac, nothing helped. Finally I got crepe bandage tied and tried to go off to sleep. Next morning, I was perfectly fine and my heartburn and upper mid-back pain upon swallowing also disappeared. What was the connection? What caused this? Any answers. Was it pressure points? Please put some light on this issue. Thanks in advance.

It's very hard to tell. Because your pain in palm and your heart-burn in now way connected. According to accupressure there may be some pressure point. Or it just a normal thing which co inside. Bt be careful whenever your feeling this kind of heart-burn must visit your doctor. As it may be alarming symptom of heart-disease also. Keep it in mind.

Check with mri if there are any soft tissue problems to avoid any more damage to muscles and nerves.
Meanwhile you can apply diclofenac ointment to the area of pain and cover it with a cloth for 10 mins.
Clean it with warm water following hot water fermentation, this process provides some quick relief from pain.
