Anti-inflammatory painkillers like diclofenac are sometimes called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), or just 'anti-inflammatories' Diclofenac is given to treat painful conditions such as arthritis, sprains and strains, gout, migraine, dental pain, and pain after surgical operations.

Volini is not safe in preganancy as it contains diclofenac medicine. Please try to avoid it. But if you have pain use hot water fermentation and oral paracetamol after consulting your doctor. Using once would not have caused big problem so do not worry.

do not apply such sprays as they work by mechanism of counterirritation...and the contents in it may irritate the babys skin to a greater extent.. use pcm drops

never take vigora on regular basis, it has many side effects.
yes you can take vigora while taking diclo fam( but keep a gap of atleast 2 hrs in between both)
i suggest u for ayurveda vaajikaran treatment to improve your sexual life.

Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.
Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it.

Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days.

Dicyclomine is different from aceclofenac. Dicyclomine is antispasmodic whereas the diclofenac is an antiinflammtory pain killer

- Open the cap of the spray can, spray from a distance of 4-5 inches from the affected site, spray in a circular manner if affected area is large
- does not make any difference if sprayed near or far, avoid spraying on open wound as it will produce a burning sensation.
