Normal heart rate is 60-100. Your heart rate is slightly higher but that can be normal variation of heart rate and you don't have to worry just because one reading is high. Itching near thigh can be due to various causes (dermatitis/ fungal infection. Fungal infection is very common in diabetic patient and difficult to treat .for that your blood sugar level need to be well controlled. Keep the area dry and clean. Visit nearest physician for diabetes and dermatolgist for skin infection.

I have read the details mentioned. However, the information given is very general. There is absolutely no information on fasting, PP glucose HbA1c%, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, BP readings, lipid profile, serum creatinine & urea.

Two things are very important in diabetes control and they are diet and exercise. Patient should avoid sugar jaggery honey sweets sweet fruits like mangoe grapes banana cheekoo etc. Diet should be small, frequent eals and easily digestable. Exercise,walking and yoga are equally important. If you are overweight reduce it .Then comes role of mediines.In my openion pt. Should follow one system of medicine under the guidane of a qualified doctor.
