I have gone through the details given. In fact you are on quite a lot of drugs, still the control is eluding, is a bit of surprise. Please let me know whether you take a properly planned restricted diet? Do you exercise regularly? With a BMI of 28.125 kgs/Sq meter(normal < 23 kgs/Sq meter), you are fairly over weight.
