Probably a disl prolapse instead which is giving pressure symptoms (pain radiation to leg) your both screning tests are negative and you have not being infected by tubercular bacterism so better think otherwise and consult an orthopedic surgeon.

It could be due to gastritis, food poisoning, stomach infection, or indigestion.
Eat soft diet.avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food.
Take over-the-counter painkiller medicine if required.
Take antacid tablet for acidity.
Drink plenty of liquids.
