Lasik is safe and predictable surgery. patient should be more than 18 yrs age with stable refraction means number should be stable for atleast 1 year. teh we need to do few tests (Pentacam, schirmer test, Fundus check up) to see if your eyes are suitable for lasik, If all these test are OK then go for LASIK surgery

exercise and healthy diet is the only solution. Eat lots of fruits, salads and sprouts. Eat a fruit like apple or pear with skin with 40 mins of waking up. Drink lots of water. Exercise daily for at least 45 mins. You should see the results within a few weeks.
