In any case, uric acid level remaining at 7 mg/100 ml is not at all dangerous. Hi, there is no permanent cure for this, but definitely you can keep this under control by following
1. A strict diet chart
2. Abstinence from alchohol(if u drink).
3. Keep a check on sr uric acid levels. Every 3 or 6 months.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. Tablet Febuxostat will definitely help in reducing uric acid. However, what effect the so called homeo medicine has is difficult to say. Taking it along with Febuxostat is no problem at all. Because most those (homeo)medications are like a placebo. It has to be taken one tablet daily till your uric acid comes down to 60mg%. Normally Feburic 40 is prescribed by doctor

reduce saturated fat consumption
avoid fish/ meat/ poultry
