Praxotine is a ssri, it will not make sense to add another ssri. Have you tried snri such as venlafaxine. Switching to snri is potential option. Depending on other symptoms such as level of anxiety, adding bupropion is a good option (unless you have anxiety). Trial of small dose of tricyclic or mood stabilizer are also options.

If you are advised to take it on s.o.s basis, then it is fine. Otherwise, you can consult a nearby psychiatrist in-person and discuss regarding other alternatives for anxiety & palpitation (vilazodone or vortioxetine) which do not cause any significant sexual dysfunction.
Thanks

1. Reduce frequency of sexual activity to 3-4 per week.
2. Ask your prescribing doctor to change nexito 20 to something that is safer sexually like vilazodone, bupropion, mirtazepine etc
3. You can also take any pde 5 inhibitors like sildenafil or tadalafil before sex to improve your erection.
4. Consult with me or with any other psychiatrist for more help.
Regards.

Hi and thanks for question. Many times depression leads to decrease sex desire. Along with antidepressant medicine also have sexual side effect. I will suggest you stop serta and start vilazodone which improve your depression symptoms and does not affect your sexual life. Stop taking petril beta only take petril alone.
Thanks.
