I have seen the query. However, there is no mention of how the glucose levels are controlled. It is essential to know fasting & pp levels as well as hba1c% before any comment can be made or any suggestion is given. As regards dapagliflozin and vildagliptin+ metformin combination usage, both these (dapagliflozin & vildagliptin) are totally different drugs. One can not be substituted for the other.
