Yes its a good dose and recovery time is not dose dependent. Antidepressants take 2 weeks to start acting. Increasing the dose might not necessarily fasten the recovery.

Ssri and tca have reaction potentiaying each other, although opipramol is said to have less potent. And you can land inserotonin syndrome if potency of ssri is increased by tca.
Please stop one of them so that you benefit from one of them.
Don't add another antidepressant if you are on opipramol.

Yes you can take etilaam pro, however if you start feeling improvement in anxiety symptoms you should slowly tapper down the dose of etilaam pro tablet and try to stop it once you are comfortable rather than taking it for long time and stay on vilazodone alone for few months.
