You have symptoms of diabetic neuropathy, in addition, pain in muscles. So please do biothesiometry and peripheral arterial doppler at the earliest. These tests are for nerves and blood supply of the feet. .depending on the results, we shall discuss further. Also, let me know your sugar levels. Alcohol will definitely worsen your condition.

Hi lybrate-user,
you should not take panadol, nurofen and naproxen together coz they all contains similar molecules which act as pain killer. You should take any one of these as taking them simultaneously will have adverse effect on your liver and stomach. Yes, you can safely take any one of them with sertraline.

Sorry to hear this. As you are overweight, with probably high bmi, as per details given, you definitely need workout. The details given in your complaints and your profile details don't match. Anyway, locked knee after workout and running can be due to ligament/cartilage/ menicus injury. Go to a knee specialist. Glucosamine won't be of much help. Panadol can cause addiction. Better to find out the root cause.
Thanks.

How did you get the knee pain, was it related to trauma or no? exercises can help you a great deal -- like quadriceps strengthening exercises -- try to learn and do it at home, or supervised by a physiotherapist,
