I am 24. Yrs old female, have been having chest issues for one month and two weeks my chest issues include mild difficulty in breathing, chest tightness and coughing with a little bit of sputum when it's cold, and gets better after taking hot beverages taken antibiotics such as amoxicillin and an antihistamine called lmontus and eascof expectorant, could you advise on the best home remedies and how long can the issue taken to heal.

It is viral upper respiratory tract infection. It will take at least 1 week. So you should take all precautions and routine warm water gargles. Plus you need to take cough suppressent like Alex, benedryl, grillinctus, any of these for 1 week. It will be cleared in 1 week. Don't worry.
