Dear sir
I feel that your problem is most likely due to degenerative related issue than because of medication. However muscle relaxant may some time cause this. If you really having it due to medication, than ask your doctor to change the medication and see if it is helpful. Take care and get well soon.

Dear lybrate-user,
If you are not under ventab plus from feb 2018, it could be one of the symptoms of your depression. But that is not the only symptom. Your doctor will assess you again and prescribe appropriate antidepressant if you are suffering from depression. Some type of depressions need to be covered with antidepressant for a longer time.

Dear Harish,
i don't understand your question clearly. But i can understand your doctor's struggle to help you with combination of antidepressants. Your recent symptoms are not due to mirtazapine. Either they are due to withdrawal of quetiapine or your own disorder recurring at this time again. However please discuss clearly with your doctor your concerns.
