You can increase the dose by taking two times a day under the guidance of your treating psychiatrist as you also mentioned few issues which needed to resolved based in the cause behind it. Discuss this issue with your treating psychiatrist for better understanding. All the best.

Sir, Can you kindly confirm if your wife is also taking some counseling sessions to treat her anxiety. It is required, cause medicine shall only control the physical symptoms but it will not eradicate the anxiety. We need to understand why she has developed anxiety in the first place. Since you are already on medication I suggest you talk to your treating Psychiatrist and convey your current symptoms to them. It is possible that some changes in medication dosages will help improve the symptoms. As they are familiar with your history it is always better to have a discussion with them regarding this situation.
