Dear Harish,
You can take revital capsules along with venlafaxine and quetiapine. Revital is an add on supplement to other drugs. It is a vitamin - sometimes during depression your food intake may not be adequate causing vitamin deficiencies.

Dear Sunil,
I hope that you have tried these antidepressants in maximum dose and also for at least 3-6 weeks duration. Treatment resistant depression has its own flow chart of add ons like thyroxine, samE, 5 HT and varied therapies. At times review of diagnosis, may be necessary. What antidepressant you are taking now? What is the dose? Since how long, you are on this dose?
