You can increase the dose by taking two times a day under the guidance of your treating psychiatrist as you also mentioned few issues which needed to resolved based in the cause behind it. Discuss this issue with your treating psychiatrist for better understanding. All the best.

Since you are already on medication I suggest you talk to your treating Psychiatrist and convey your current symptoms to them. It is possible that some changes in medication dosages will help improve the symptoms. As they are familiar with your history it is always better to have a discussion with them regarding this situation.

He should take some psychotherapy sessions with medicines. Psychotherapy and counseling is more effective in anxiety and depression. Combination of medicine and psychotherapy is better then only medicine in anxiety and depression.

Dear lybrate-user,
for severe anxiety and panic attack, cognitive behaviour therapy has great response. I would suggest you to consider that along with medication.

Go to specific feeling, what you feel only and work on it.in ocd people use fight and flight response.
Use sometime fight and sometime flight. Balance between both will feel better and improve. Take regular medicines as per prescriped by psychiatrist. Don't use your own expertise that this medicine is important and others are not. Take complete medicine. More positive results will come.
