you shouldn’t be starting all medications at once.
They all have essentially similar action and shouldn’t be taken all together.

these medicines do make the person dependent on them, they are not good in the long run, if you want to stop them, take the help of your doctor. Do not stop on your own. Ask your doctor to reduce the dose initially and then gradually you can stop them. This way you will not have withdrawal symptoms. You can take revital capsules along with venlafaxine and quetiapine. Revital is an add on supplement to other drugs. It is a vitamin - sometimes during depression your food intake may not be adequate causing vitamin deficiencies.

Lorazepam addiction also needs treatment along with your depression. Though you have mentioned the tablets name, you have not mentioned the maximum dose tried and the duration of each tablet taken. If it is maximum dose and adequate duration, you will be given add-ons of intractable depression. There are many more that will be added to your antidepressant. I hope that you have tried these antidepressants in maximum dose and also for at least 3-6 weeks duration. Treatment resistant depression has its own flow chart of add ons like thyroxine, samE, 5 HT and varied therapies. At times review of diagnosis, may be necessary. What antidepressant you are taking now? What is the dose? Since how long, you are on this dose?
